I’ll Never Gonna Dance Again… *hmmm???

“ Ayoko nah!” – Geexie

“ Kaya mo yan Gee Ahne!” – Veron ( orgmate/ friend) 

“Kaya yan! Nice!” – Kevin ( instructor)

“ Kaya pa? Kaya yan!” – Bryan ( dance partner)

“ Go Geexie! Ikaw ang pride ng FLIPP” – Hershey….

 

  

Mah gawd! I never thought that Cha cha cha can be complicated as hell! We had the practice hours ago for the competition this coming Saturday… And, errrr… KINAKABAHAN NA TALAGA AKO! So there, we’re on our org’s tambayan, and good thing my dance partner BRYAN brought a friend to teach routines… Well, the routine is nice and magaling siya! But the question is, magaling ba kami? I mean, ako? Hehe..  Honestly, I found it difficult adjusting the basic chachacha to his CHACHACHA ( I even forgot what’s the step’s name… lameness!)… Is that the progression or something? Well, whatever! It’s still difficult, and for the very first time, I almost gave up dancing a SOCIAL DANCE… Why? 

• * Again, I found it hard! And I hate adjustments…

• * I feel awkward doing the “ eights “ routine ( grinding something…)

• * The phasing is so fast…

• * I felt embarrassed to the instructor… ( good thing he’s patient, pero halatang naiinis na sa akin kasi ang slow ko… haha! ).

• * The competition is on Saturday! And we still have to formulate steps for the SING… waaaaah!

But I was so blessed that my beloved orgmates were there to give some words of wisdom… The simple “ Kaya mo yan!” phrase is somehow encouraging… Yes, they’ve inspired me so much and I really appreciate the fact that they’ve believed in me (although I was ruining all the routines… haha )… THANX GUYZ! I’ll dedicate my performance to you… PROMISE!

  Well, this is it! After our Social Dance Class, I’ll never gonna dance again… ( Haha… I’ve said that before… That I’ll never dance again after my Streetdance Class, after our cottilion moments etc…)… I think I’ll stop dancing na for it brings a lot of good memories that  shall make me feel bad sooner because of the thought that it never lasted. Labo ba? Haha… Basta, bahala nah!
